corner light fixer

yo sup...we were at the supermarket and this cart hit my dad's protege and smash the corner light housing into piece. i was goin to go to a junk yard and take a corner light housing off another protege and install it on my dads. now i was wondering how hard is it to swap it? what do i need? and how to do it? it's the right side one thanx

If it is the second gen you are reffering to, then all need is a Phillips screw driver, open the hood, unscrew one screw, and pull on the corner light housing, and it should come straight out. You have to remember that is still connected by wires, so do not pull too hard, just enough so you have the room to unplug the wires. It is that simple. Goodluck.
