This is the player I am planning on getting. Does anyone have any experience with them or opinions?

Another question I have is what is a good veiwing angle to look for in screens? I seen some with 45 - 60 degrees.

JVC makes some good products, while i haven't had experience with their car DVD players, i do have a home JVC DVD player. Looks sweet and works great. A little slow to read CDR discs, but other than that it's perfect. It's hooked up to a JVC digital receiver.

well, 60 degrees is a wider angle than 45, so i guess a 60 would be better.

My only opinion is that you'd better check out the customer reviews of "eTronics" before dealing with them - some people have reported VERY bad business practices with that company.

Here's their Better Business Bureau report (73 registered complaints in the past 3 years, and 24 so far this year - makes you wonder how many people have problems and DONT report to the BBB): http://www.newyork.bbb.org/nis/newse...21000000014130

Bad news, IMHO.

And here's one of many "review" pages about them - plenty good, but also a lot of bad, and some of them are literal horror stories. Read up, and good luck: http://www.nextag.com/serv/main/buye...ry=Electronics

I ordered the player about 2 weeks before xmas and then 5 days later I got an email saying it was no longer in stock. So sounds like it was a good thing that it was after reading there complaints.
