Exterior question

I have a few questions, first what would look good on a tan 1992 protege? I am really not shooting for performance here but just looks. Then are neon under car lights legal or not?

I would invest in a new paint job first. Honestly, not to pick at you but tan cars are not "hot" no matter how many lights or decals you put on them.

I think Maaco has a $299 special or something like that. That should be good enough to get you by until you get something else.

i say no to neon....get a nice paint job and some good wheels and maybe a 1" drop....it would do wonders to clean up the overal appearance of your car.

The thing about dropping it is that i live in Minnesota so i have to drive this in the winter when there is 3 feet of snow and then in the spring the roads turn into pot hole city and i really dont want to bang up the bottom of my car. But if i can get my car painted for 300$ i am going to do that.

I like a small drop...maybe .75" to 1"....shouldn't be a problem

Im with rod on the paint job. The owner of my work's son, has a '98 Maxima with over $30g in it (yes spoiled brat) all this stuff hes done (body kit, supercharger, carbon fiber hood, M3 fender, rims, wing, entire new custom interior, etc) and its still an ugly *** goldish/tan car!
