I thought fast blinking turn signals indicate something's wrong with the bulb or the relay???

why would you want your car to look like it's malfunctioning???

That used to happen with another car I had. It normally meant one of my bulbs was blown. I guess we can check by taking out one of our bulbs?

I changed my bumperlights to flash with the signal lights, if you unhook the bulb, the flasher flashes quickly. Take out a bulb. Why would you want to make the lights flash faster?

all you have to do is cut your black wire on your front turn signals...make sure you insulate the ends...your front turn signals will still light up with the parking lights on but will blink fast...

The chino mobils used to do this back in the early 90's install a timer relay that you could adjust to make your bulbs blink however you wanted along with the brake lights flashing when you hit them.

I always thought that was a sign of poor electrical work after an accident. Why would anyone want it, anyway?

It could be one of two things:
a) a blown bulb-a lower resistance allows the flasher to cool faster.
b) a quick flash module was used. (a rice boy device that allows you to adjust the rate of the flash. Can be purchased at your favorite rice boy site)

Hey, seems like you know some stuff. I've been trying to buy a relay or something to make my brake lights blink like you were telling some body in the forum, how do I do that?
