never been a fan of altezza's, aside from a select few cars,, ... either Jspec is the way to go or if you can get like a custom Red and White taillight assembly made, that would be different from what any other p5 guy has

You get what you pay for. the look is one thing and quality is another. JDM isn't overpriced if you have connections. I admit some people aren't as lucky as others. it has that hint of flavor that not everyone can have. i'm not saying its for the elite, but yeah.

just becaase something is out on the market doesn't mean you should buy it. spend your money wisely, whatever that mean. i had money to spend too.

i've seen a 35 yr old with led washer light on his miata... i would never do that but yeah i guess everyone has their own style. trend? maybe? i dunno.

but anywayz...

everyone cool. heheeh.. least we're not driving civics. =)

lights

Well i installed them last night and they look great. i figured for the price that they wouln't be real carbon fiber. i paid 180 shipped and it arrived 2 dayus from california. I wanted something dark for my car since its black and i'm satisfied with it and thats what counts. i was going to try to take pictures but its snowing here so i'll see how it goes.

by the way i had washer leds on my other car, and thinking of getting white ones for this one and i'm 34 so i guess i'm a kid that doesn't want to grow up. :-) and yes I'll be getting neon to go under the car too, my daughter is the one who gets a kick of all of this.

you live in portland, you should check out corksport located along airport way. they're the ones who did my GTX engine conversion.

if you want anything JDM, they'd be the ones to go to. I've been a parton, but not limited to them, for 3 years now. I don't know how much the taillight would be by them, i got mine from a place out of the phillippines, but they would be a good place to go for anything mazda, seeing how thats all they specialize in.
the everyone else.

just check out corksport.com, if you never heard of themor visited then, you have no excuse to not now.

we haven't gotten a timeslip yet. prolly gonna do it at PIR this spring. we're tuning it some more. i need to get a boost controller first tho.

the conversion was expensive. if i would have know the total cost b4 hand i would have never do it. so far as we know i have the only 2nd gen with that conversion. CS said they'd never do it again. too much trouble.. heheeh.

i'll have more pics posted later when the weather gets better

but yeah... hit me up for any other Q's
