I have attempted to change the lights in my guage cluster.

You need to find I think 4 coloured size 74, which are very rare. I did find a place that sold them but they want $9 a pair and you have to buy 5 pairs at a time.

Coloured LEDs will also work but you'll need to add some resistors or else the LEDs will explode if you turn them up to bright. Not only that, LEDs are very directional so without some sort of reflector, there will be bright spots on your guage cluster.

Here's a link to my post about my attempt:

I searched, but could not find! What about the dash and door handle light colors? They are red on my ES, and I want to change them to blue. I found a great gauge cluster at Cork Sport. Thanks.

OK so you need 4 size 74 bulbs and what else to do the whole conversion? And what do you need to install? Just screw them in or do you need to do some soldering?!?!
