Goddamn women and those stupid nails!!
And now I have two little spots of Krazy Glue on my phucking front seat! Yes, MY seat, the DRIVER'S seat. Seems the lady was out in my car the other day, and decided to fix a broken fingernail.
Well, that's it - the wedding is off, and she's outta here
Seriously, though - I've calmed down now. It's only a car, and I truly beleive that - I tend not to worship inanimate objects. Love my car, sure - but it's not the end of the world.
So - anyone know how to get this stuff off my seat? I have the standard cloth buckets, and there are two little drops of dried nail glue on the seat.
Actually, looks like I was and got sloppy and left pecker tracks or something.
Will acetone hurt the cloth? Anyone ever have to get Krazy Glue outta something and want to give me some advice?
******* women......but, at least she changes her own oil in her Cherokee. That's what makes her cool in my eyes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated (and no stuff like "kill the biotch" or anything - I was pissed, she feels real bad about it, and now I just want to get it as clean as possible).

You can get crazy glue remover. It's basically an acetone gel. Test it in an inconspicuous area first to make sure it doesn't damage the cloth. This stuff works great, I've gotten crazy glue out of my hair with this stuff (don't ask me how it got there) You can find this stuff at any store that sells crazy glue, which means just about anywhere. If it's been there for a while, you won't be able to take all of it off.

Thanks JDM - I'll have to pick some up and try it out. It's probably been there about a week - hopefully most of it will come out - and jeez - hope when I test it, it is safe for the seats. We'll see.
And pr5 - yeah - I already "let it go". Not a huge deal, I mean accidents happen. But yes, she was fixing a nail IN THE CAR. I swear, this girl is the sloppiest with the nail glue - I've got that **** on my desk, kitchen table, coffee table - it's insane. One of these days I'm gonna get glued to something. I know you ask why she doesn't do that **** in the bathroom, but I'd probably wind up getting Krazy glued to the ******* toilet seat. Oh, yeah - and she DOES smoke (so do I - filthy habit, but whattayagonnado?). At least there are no burns in the car.
It's funny - this chick has beat up my Pro more than me, and she's probably driven it 10 times since I've had it (over a year). Out of the 30,000 miles on the car, she's probably driven less than 200 of them. First time she ever got in it and drove (alone), I was parked very close to a curb - like the last spot in a row of parking spaces. She didn't realize and pulled out turning - clipped the ******* curb, scratched up my side sill (underneath - barely noticeable) and put a nice whack in my rear rim edge. The car was like a month old - goddammit.
Oh well - just a car. I't's already got some whacks on it from parking garages, highway gravel encounters, etc. I'm sure it'll take many more beatings before I'm thru with it.
At least she works at a body shop and can get me good deals on repairs when I finally get around to fixing all the little bumps and bruises.
And oh yeah - she does change her own oil, but sometimes needs me to help her loosen the drain plug. She's a cute little thing, but she ain't got much muscle.
Thanks for the input - and any other remedies for Krazy Glue are welcomed.
