you know, i was thinking about it, what the **** are you going to do if an alternator rebuild or upgrade (if even feasible) would run over 300 bucks, and if caps don't work for ****, what the hell are we supposed to do?

This weekend I may tinker with it a little more to see what is what. Some parts are hard to get to. There is a ground located just below the power steering reservoir and that is a pain in the *** trying to get to. I had three grounds trying to get the screw the clips was almost impossible when you have little room in a 2.0 liter to work with.

Off the subject, but as for performance mods? Is it worth it? A loud exhaust competing with the interior noise level in the cabin when you are trying to talk to someone or listen to the radio. I see people sinking hundreds of dollars for 2 or 3+ hp gains!! Sorry, I don't have that much money.

I'll stick to interior/exterior mods and the stereo. Also, at least with the stereo, you can take it out when you get another car.
