How to for custom grill

Protege's,
I've had several inquires on how I did my custom grill so here the how to with some pics.
I bought the mesh form the local Home Depot it’s used for the top of gutters to keep the leaves out you get like 10 feet for $5. I painted it black then used some thin wire to tie it to the OEM grill after I removed it from the car and removed the chrome pieces. Then using tin snips cut it to the shape of the grill re-mounted the grill to the car then I got a Front emblem from a 02 Tribute in the black pearl and pressed it into the mesh, Walla custom grill! For the bottom I slipped the mesh up behind the bumper then bent the top end of the mesh over enough to run screw though bumper and then through the mesh then through a lock nut.
Good luck
