If you have problems in your drunk then maybe that's your problem.

Cool seriously though....

turn it up!

my sub rattles lots of stuff at lower volumes, but the higher I play it the more I can hear the bass over the sound of my car falling apart.

with RF, you may have to add another sub or two...

No its not that I dont have enough base. I dont want the base to overpower the rattling. I want the rattling gone.

which part of your car is rattling?
if it's the spoiler, take the thing apart, line it with dynamat (and i mean LINE it!!!) and put it back together, if it's the rear license plate, ditch the stupid frame holder and actually use 4 bolts... if it's the front or rear fenders, this sounds stupid but it works, go get the racing beat sway bar kit for our cars... not only do you get better handling, it reduces the rattles!

hey Blue, did that work with the brake light thing. That is my problem too, other than that my car doesn't even really rattle too much anymore, after lots and lots of dynamat, and i listen to metal in my car, not rap, so that helps alot with the rattling too.

The main problems are the third break light in the back seat, and a little bar inside the trunk. Other than that I havent really noticed something that big. If I could just fix those two things it would be fine.

How does more metal prevent metal from rattling?!

No, you misunderstood what he said. Dynamat isn't metal, it is a metal insulant, meaning it absorbs the pressure that would be put on the metal. It works very well in my opinion, as my trunk lid barely rattles anymore, but for that damn 3rd brake light, i can't get that damn thing to stop rattling. OH well, only time will tell. And if you are interested in getting some dynamat, look in the for sale section under my post, i am selling some that I won't need.

Hey Blue, fiberglass I here? I definitely wanna see pics of that. My rear deck isn't doing so good, it is holding strong but I can foretell a replacement come springtime. I will tell you, I have been seriously thinking about selling my 10w3's and getting a 12w7, but for right now I am tweaking the system toward SQ. I just put in a new amp, the Rockford 500s, and man is it a difference between that Sony POS, which I new already I was just waiting until I blew the **** out of it. I will try that out, I have plenty of Xtreme dynamat left to play with, but I really wanna see your fiberglass job you are doing. Are you making a complete rear deck w/fiberglass?

So if you want the sound quality to be crisp and clear, kinda like a brand new movie theater or home surround sound deal, you want SQ right? They don't usually come loaded with bass.
