The best words i can use to describe dynamat is ....*WASTE OF MONEY*

 

a know the back of the license plate rattles. with 3 jl audio w6's that'll do that. what you an do is take some weather striping and put that behind the plate and that should solve some of it. other than that. DYNOMAT!!!

 

I feel all of you ! I'm building a full out SQ system in the mp3. the back deck as well as the sail panel covers rattleing was a beatch to quiet down! Even tough shes an sq car, it hits 138db at the window. more when I'm finished.
1st mp3 have you built kicks for you mp3?
Blue to stop the bumper rattles I placed rubber gromets at the mounting points and butyl rubber stips on the edges,its not visible and it works well,so does the 4 gallons of spray and feet of raammatt.
I'll post pics when I'm done with the system (bout april for sound off season)

while we're on the topic of rattles, i got one for ya, on my drivers side mirror, where it like splits, on top, theres like a part where you can see there are two different sides, if you press down on the back the rattle stops...i put some electrical tape over the division part and that stopped it for like 10 minutes..and i dont know how to take the mirror apart...by the way, my cars a 97' lx, thanks
