eek, what's with the bold caps?
Umm, There's a couple ways to take care of this, first off it's a double DIN opening. Nowthen, with the kit, there should've been a bunch of different "faceplates" that came with the Metra pocket, of those if you get the right one, it'll fill the hole much better. The pocket itself is MUCH smaller than a full-din size, so the extra gap is to be covered by that. If you've still got a small gap, and it just drives you crazy, there's another kit available made by Scoshe that prettymuch surrounds the whole 2din opening, leaves a small (I'd say 1/2") black strip on top, then the headunit, then has a very small pocket underneath. This is likely the more secure and easier to use kit. If you want to throw alot of money at it, you can try to get ahold of a mp3/msp pocket which is a factory part and tends to run about $70

Ahh, but if you do decide to get the MP3/MSP pocket (which does look and fit better) you will still need to order a support bracket to hold the stereo in place, otherwise it will move around on you a little bit. However, your gaps will be taken care of.
