Dont risk ruining the paint & or decal. Get it done professional.

If it's a lot of decals or a one, but big I wouldn't risk it and I would take my car to a professional..............

1. clean area to be applied with alcohol
2. spray area lightly with soapy water
3. apply decal
4. with squegee or credit card, remove excess water
5. wipe dry with cloth

this is more so for vinyl decals, but works with all kinds, just use less soapy water.
