i was very impressed with the overall sound...it was very crisp and the highs werent too piercing...my two choices were the diamonds or the mb quarts and two of my friends got the q series and the highs were just too high for my taste, plus i wanted to be different....both of the sets m661 cost me $500.00 and the install and component rack cost $200.00...

Outstanding!!
Glad you like the sound! I would prefer the Diamonds to Quart also, but that is just my ears...
The price for them and the crossover rack is good also, you should be very pleased overall with the install and it's cost.
Congrats!!

I think thats anyones ears that are listening to just the drivers without $3k in EQs and processors in front of them. Not to mention in a real world install instead of a no hold bars competition car.

I try not to throw stones, but I would agree, pure native sound the Diamonds are straight up winners over Quarts to me too!
