just purchased chrome gauge bezel
I just purchased this gauge bezel fromebay. I plan to put this on and also get the reverse gauges. But I am looking for them in a certain color ...
I am hoping to end up with the look that I am aiming for .. and it will also help to set off my interior ...
In other news , I also got my 323 officially on the road today and left the protege at home today locked behind a big Iron fence...
I will be soon disconecting everything in the engine bay and then lowering the motor out the bottom in prep for the 1.8 to be raised back in ...
oh well a good week ... I have to save some money for next semester though ...

Hey, Bruce. Let me know how flush this bezel is actually going to be against the surface of the cluster. On all the advertisement pics, they just put it next to a cluster making it look crappy. Thanks.

Well the Chrome Gauge Bezel arrived, yesterday but I did not get to open t he box, as I was chilling with my Girl in the Pro last night till like 1:20am and Had to get up for work 5am.. so I just put it in my Room and went to sleep...
I will open it like tomorrow or something, I am working from 6am till 9:30pm tonight and when I go home , I am going to sleep...
sunday I am gonna start pulling the Protege apart , pulling and seperating the Harness and maybe droping the engine out next weekend....

Hmmm....
Im looking at the differences between my overlay and the one Bruce posted and ive come to the conclusion that if Pat has bought the EXACT same overlay as Bruce, it will not work. Bruce's is designed for the 95/6 Pro which has the hazard/warning lights in a different place than the 97/8...unless Pat has swapped in a 95/6 cluster.
