I am looking at possibly building my own or getting some custom made for my Focal 3 way components. If anyone has any more info that would be great.

I fabricated my own also for my Focal 3 way set. I have the Polykevlar 165K3 with the Utopia TN-51 tweeter. Imaging is a little low but it's also my first set. I was worried about taking up too much foot space so I mounted them probably not in the most ideal location but the effect is there. Imaging is really good except for the fact that it's a little low. Still playing around with phasing & EQ settings. Basically, almost all kick panels are made of fiberglass/MDF. I didn't document the procedure as there's lots of resources out there already. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
