L.E.D Replacements?
I was wondering if anyone had success replacing their headlight bulbs, fog light bulbs, and reverse light bulbs with LED lights? If so, was it easy to switch out the bulbs? was there anything that u had to modify? Basically can someone give me a walkthrough of this process?

pretty straight forward:
install 1 bulb at a time.
remove the old bulb, place LED bulb into socket.
turn on light.
if the LED does not light up, you may have the polarity reversed. if that is the case, turn off the light. take out the bulb and reposition at 180 degree turn.
i do not recommend LED headlight bulbs at this time. currently to get the same amount of projected lumination vs. a halogen bulb, the LED bulbs need a large number of diodes. this presents a heat issue also coupled with the fact that LEDs consume less power, the load on the headlamp circuit is also affected.
small applications like bicycle headlight or flashlights arent hugely affected by this, and switching a few 5W bulbs will be ok, just be careful with turn signals. you may need load equalizers (or resistors) to compensate for the difference in resistance.
