We would tell you, but since you're trying to put in those ugly squirters, we'll do your car a favor and won't.

Seriously though, they are held in with snaps. Just pull and they'll come off. You can use a door panel remover or a flat screwdriver to work them out.

super really though, you do not need to remove the heat shielding on the hood to replace the squirters. just look way back at the edge closest to the windshield and you will see that they are not covered by the shielding stuff.

Alright

They are covered with the the shielding stuff, are'nt they? I’m pretty sure they are. I already checked.
Also, If I remove the shield, I wont be able to put it back, right?

I think it is not ugly at all. What can of tuning do u sugguest? I want to personnalise my car. They are all the same ;o) I can’t find a good web site with great mp5 car modification.

Anyway who want ot buy two blue LED washers?

ok i dont want to sound like a smart *** but i will ...how in the hell would the hoses be able to connect to your squirters if the were covered with heat shielding....also I looked under the hood of a P5 today and there they were....hate to tell you,but the hood and under the hood of a P5 is exactly,I repeat exactly like an ES pro...dork!

Exclamation

macdaddyslomo: you have white LED Squirters...

How did u installed it. They are not covered with heat shielding, but the heat sheild block the access to the squirters. AM I WRONG? or am I blind? May be Im just not able to make myselft clear in english.

I can't change the Squirters because of the heat shielding.

Im not a ******* mechanic and Im not a pro with car tuning. May be its wrong to put thos LEDs. I went to a meeting of http://www.quebecstreetracing.org/ and its an idea I though was cool.

Finally: "gotta love it. and those people who think the P5/MP3/ owners who think their cars are elite compared to us regular sedan owners "

I did'nt say that! Our cars are just a little bit more good looking ;o)

Cool

Hi

Thank for this answer. I already though about cutting an insulation. I'd rather find another way but if its too complicated I'll go with this solution.

250$ ticket is quite expensive for such a banal thing. Im glad you did'nt have to pay that.

Have a nice day

you are not listening to what every one here is saying.

i removed and replaced my squirters with out removing the insulation stuff. the sedan hood and the pro5 hood are exactly the same. you will not have to remove the insulation stuff from your hood to get at the squirters.

i never said it was really easy. you have to contort your self a little to see where they are under the hood, but YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE OR CUT THE INSULATION UNDER YOUR HOOD.

byt he way, it is really annoying to have someone come onto the forum, ask for help, and then say that the help they got sucked.
