Yes it will, however you'll end up with two holes that the old spoiler mounted to that will need to be covered. here's an example pic where someone popped plastic plugs in place and then painted them with touch up paint.

Hey, that's my car! hahaha. Yeah, the two plugs had to cover holes for the clips that hold the spoiler in place so you can open the hatch to install the bolts. I used interior trim plugs and used touch up paint. The holes are elongated, so I put some silicone on the bottom of the plug and set it in place and let it dry. So far, no leaks.
