Quickly, I can tell you this. Crutchfield or SonicElectronix are the places to go. Crutchfield is more expensive, but you get lifetime tech support when you do order something. Very helpful if you try to install stuff and get stuck because you don't understand what to plug in where, etc.

Good Luck!

Oh, and just my opinion... I don't trust the website you posted. doesnt look official enough.

Hey mingen,

I have done a couple car audio installs in my life thus far. I can tell you that quality parts make a big difference in both the good looks of the car after installation, and the amount of work it takes to get the new parts put in.

As far as quality vs. cost, In general, you get what you pay for. If the part is cheap, I wouldn't expect it to last very long. In the event that you bought a GPS/Radio from this site, I don't think there will be any warranty or buyer protection should the unit fail.

Buying from a quality source has given me confidence in my investments. Even if something I buy breaks (as long as its under warranty), I have no issues getting it replaced. Good business practices do exist, and they make internet buying much less scary!

If you want to find trustworthy internet sellers, I look for a few things. First, are they registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)? the BBB has established themselves as THE seal of consumer trust. I also look for websites that have secured and encrypted purchasing systems, something like thawte or verisign usually does it. Most of these types of consumer trust badges are displayed along the bottom of a seller's web page. They are not given to just anyone, sellers must EARN these symbols of trust.

Hope this has been helpful, and I hope you have success in whatever you choose to do!

I just installed a Kenwood Excelon 9960 DNX in my 2010 3 s Sport and had it installed at CarToys as my skills with hardwiring electrical stuff extends only to pacemakers. I focused on the Kenwood line because I like Garmin Nav. It came with a free rear camera too and a 150 buck rebate. I certainly agree with the above poster. You do get what you pay for. The system, while I really enjoy it, is far from cheap.
