Need help with bass tube install!!
Hey guys, I need a hand with my base tube.
I had the thing in my trunk and ran the power to it. I seem to be getting decent continuous power. However I am getting little to no sound out of it. More than likely I have the inputs hooked up in a really poor fashion. I am using the high level (speaker wire inputs). My original assumption was that these units only require a signal to amp and they should work fine. I believe I might be incorrect. Currently I have spliced one speaker wire off the back left speaker and run it to the tube. Is this completely inadequate? Do these units require the full signal from both rear speakers to operate correctly?
Thanks,
Stocker.
PS I would like to work on it tonight, so any replies before then will be helpful.
