Omg P5 Owners Read Please

OMG GUYS..
This is my 2nd week ..after purchasing a p5...
i finally sat in the back to see how it feels as i let my friend test drive it.

then when i reached for the seatbelt on the far left back seat..there was no SEATBELT CLIP for the seatbelt..

WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS?

Are you sure it's not just stuck under the seat back? I've had that happen before.

If it's missing something, take it back to the dealer, have them worry about it.

Yeah, I'd suggest you pull the seat backs down or up or whatever and look for it. Mine were all jammed in underneath everything. Seems like they put the seat belt hardware in before the seat backs and seat rests and the buckles and clips get stuffed under.

Of course if it really ISN"T there...Hellooooooo Mr. Mazda Dealer!!

Were you just curious? I mean... God help me, I will NEVER sit in the back seat of my own damn car.

I know! Feel's weird being in the passenger seat.. even more in the backseat!

Anyhow your seatbelt clip like they said could be just somewhere underneath the seats, if not take it back to the dealer. I know I will.

Isn't it amazing that the dealers don't even go through the features of the car with you like they are supposed to? I mean - of course some things are self-explanatory - but they are required to show you all of the little features - and I think the folding seats and the location of the seat belts would be pretty damn important.

Once they get your money, so many of them just refuse to do their job. No wonder car salespeople get a bad reputation.....

What?!? The seats flip up? How? Are you taking about the cushion part that you sit on?

Yes, the seat bottoms flip forward against the front seats down into the footwell area. Just grab the front bottom edge (or use the little loop) and yank up...till unsnap and you can fold it forward. You can also completely remove the bottoms. This allows the seat backs to fold nearly completely flat.

It's all right there in the owner's manual

You can even remove the rear seat cushions so the load floor is more flat.
