what blue do you have in your seats?

why not go for one of these:

it will screw right on to your shift rod, give you a more precise feel, and look like this:

the blue i meant was the blue that's woven into the fabric of the centre inserts on the seats.

but those voodoos look damn good. they're nice and heavy too right?

i don't know the actual weight, but they do have a good feel to them. and, if you are not concerned with price, they make one out of titanium for $125. looks REAL good, too. they really make your shifter feel different. my buddy has a 2002 sedan, and i spent some time driving it around. then i got back into mine and the difference was big. the voodoo gives you a much more direct feel as to what the shifter is doing. soon, i hope to get the kartboy shifter for an even more direct feel.

i forgot to add this: the only down side to the voodoo is when it gets cold out, (and i see you live in calgary) the voodoo gets really, really cold. and when it's hot out, it gets really, really hot.

thanks. i actually like the look of the matte silver one. it's the spun aluminum i guess.

as for the really really cold and really really hot. i have a garage and don't drive to work anyway so it's a minor issue.

thanks for the voodoo suggestion. i'm going to see what i can find out about these things.

Wow, those ***** look great. My son has a Honda CRX and he changed the shifter **** for a metallic one. As you said it gets really cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Summer not so bad, but man winter is brutal on the ****. So for winter, my wife made him a shifter cozy. It is really a small bag with a draw string. Looks like it was made for the ****. I guess it kinda defeats the purpose of seeing the **** right. However, you can simply take it off if you go to any show and shines. I think it was a good idea.

do you have any pictures of your shifter set-up? i want to get either the kartboy shifter or the b&m and i wonder what it would look like.

i currently don't have any pics of my car right now.
my dad has a digital though and i need to hit him up to take some photos for me. i'll post them as soon as i can. i highly reccomend the B&M. i also got the kartboy bushings and the feel is great!!

the only thing i don't like is the shift boot does'nt QUITE meet the shift **** at the top. but there are things you can do to make it meet. it's not real noticable but i am planning on getting a better boot someday anyways.
