Paint

I do not know much about the paint, but make sure that you get it primed and painted with paint that is specifically for the bumpers (plastic). And the clear coat of course. But if this won't help, do a search, maybe some one already askes about this?

Painting is extremely difficult (if you want to color match correctly). That is one job I would leave strictly for the professionals.
Even if you have the exact paint color as your car, your bumper can still end up being a shade lighter or darker than your car. IMO

Yeah its really hard to find the exact color, because a lot of colors have different varients and the shade will come out different ( some cars have any where from 8-12 and sometimes more).
at the body shop i work at we would probably charge anywhere from $300-$400 we give good deals tho so you might have to pay a little bit more.Theres alot more that goes into painting then just the actual painting.

Spend the extra $$$ to get a professional to colour match your paint and install it for you...unless we all had civics, we could have used dupli-color's colour matched paints, unfortunately, we don't.
