Unhappy Power Window part!!!

Okay....took apart my driver door panel to find out why my window wont stay on track/work going up or down. Found out that on the middle bottom of the glass, there is a plastic peice (about the size of your palm) with 2 bolts going through the glass. Attached to that big plastic (white) peice is another little plastic peice that is connected to the window motor arm/metal bar that slides up in down in the middle of the track. Confused? Hard to explain. Anyhoo....i need to get that whole plastic peice and the junkyards around me don't have _any_ proteges around...took apart a miata and it had something completely different. Am I stuck trying to goto Mazda and pay a billion dollars for this peice? What can I do? (I can't glue it back together or anything....basically on that motor arm metal end is that little plastic peice....mine broke off from the much larger peice on the bottom of the glass). Any help would be great.
