Pro5 tape deck

Hello all,

I have a question. How hard is it to install a factory tape deck into the available tape/MD open slot for a Pro5 2003?

If anyone has upgraded their factory audio unit and don't need the tape player, I would like to buy.

Thanks
JB

I could be wrong, but I don't think the P5 ever came with a tape deck.

I have the tape deck in my P5. It's an easy install. You pull the radio out and the tape unit screws into the spot on the bottom. There's an instruction sheet that the tape unit comes with.

Mine came with the CD and tape deck too. I just replaced it with an Alpine CD. After hearing the difference in sound quality, even with stock speakers, I wouldn't bother adding a tape deck to the stock unit. Just replace it completely!

To whoever still has a tape player laying around, drop me an e-mail with your asking price. Thanks!
