question about vinyl eyelids
I'm new on this forum but I've been reading up on your stuff for a while, had my P5 for half a year now.
some of you guys have awesome eyelids, I want some too but I was wondering if I wanted to make them from vinyl, would the heat from the light melt the adhesive on the back of the vinyl and like leave a mess after the eyelid was removed?

but it's rather easy to get off, if you peel it when it's hot, or use a heat gun if it's not. It will help in pulling most of the glue off with the vinyl, some cleaning will still be needed....now this depends on how long it's been on, the quality of the vinyl and adhesive and the conditions it was presented while in use...in closing, to answer your question...
Yes.
you could always get some headlight covers (if they make em) and cut them down and apply the vinyl to that or just fabricate a piece on your own.

thanks for the info.
now i gotta reconsider my options. ...
cause when I sell this car in a few years I don't want the guy to find out I've done stuff to it, might hurt the selling price
