Re-Upholster or Replace?

Alright guys, my car's interior is all black and red, with a little bit of grey (on the doors, and the carpet). The doors I don't plan on changing, but I'd like to keep the red and black theme consistant for the back seats by making them black. Which should I do?

- Have the seats re-upholstered? How much does this usually cost? How long does it usually take?

- Replace the entire back-seat assembly with parts from a pro with black interior. Do they exist?

Your thoughts please. Thanks.

Cablemirc, I've actually got a different style grille. I beleive my car has been in a front end collision (before the previous owner even had it) because when we sanded it, the hood was actually blue underneith, and there was bondo.

IT will look very similar, though.
