The car audio shop i went to suggested audiobahn (sp) or earthquake 6.5" speakers.
I heard the audiobahn which were hooked up to a JVC LHS 2000 i think, they sounded very nice, clear, good bass.
I haven't heard teh earthquake's yet.
May go back later this week with a friend and get the install done too.

depends on what u wanna spend. i heard some nice Bostons Accoustics, and MB Quarts jus 2 nights ago. Both had very clean bass. if u add a small amp (kenwood are good and cheap) it would make the **** sound so much better. JL has a nice set of speakers ( with tweet, crossover, and mid) but ull pay a lil more.

not a big fan of earthquake, but if you hear them and like them, it's all good. kickers are good. if you like crisp highs, kicker will do that for you. jl audio's entry level line is better than a lot of other brands. it's really all about what you like tho.

Hey, i found a set of speakers i like. They are Infinity Ref 625i 6.5"
But the mount depth is 2 - 1/16"
Would there be any problem with clearance on the door, or would i have to add some spacers???
Oh, and they go for about $170 a pair CDN.

HEHE, i went to future shop today and heard them, nice, but would sound so much better in my P5.
I bought them, then after i went to the car audio store where i was going to get the HU from and also get everything else installed to, but they were closed, D'OH
I guess i'll give them a call and make an appontiment on monday morning to get everything installed.
