Removing Front Grill (P5)?

Has anyone tried removing their front grill? Do i have to take off the bumper in order to get to it and if so where are all the bolts fasteners, screws, etc located in order to take the bumper off? Help me out yall. I got this front grill i want to install but im not sure the process of taken off the stock one.

There are four clips on each of the corners that are a real pain to get apart. I ended up breaking three of the four. Then, there are two vertical rail-length clips that attach the grill to the bumper also. I basically got up under there and wiggled those clips until they came free or broke. Then the rail clips simply detach with a little force. Despite the broken clips, the grille re-attached fine; it's plently solid.
