Replacing stock system

I'm replacing the stock system on my 2002ES and was planning on getting the following:

Pioneer FH-P4400 Double-Din HU
Infinity Reference Speakers front and rear
Infinity Basslink Subwoofer

Does this look ok? I know nothing about car audio. I want something that will sound good, it does not necessarily need to be loud. I also don't want a subwoofer that's going to take up my whole trunk. Also what size speakers do I need, and do I want 2-way or 3-way?

Thanks, I'd appreciate any suggestions/comments.

That looks alright to me...I've never heard basslinks but if you are looking at powered subwoofers I would check out bazooka tubes as well.

All Infinity Reference speakers are 2-way and they all sound very nice. I was impressed by the 3.5" model's capabilities and I'm sure the larger models are very nice as well.
