Side Door Mouldings

Hiya can anyone help?

I have a 2007 UK Mazda 3 5Door

The edge of the rear door moulding strip has lifted meaning i cant open that door as it catches on the front door and lifts more.
I'm wondering are these strips pinned on or just glued?
Will it be easier to somehow reglue or if there are no pins remove the strip altogether?
Anybody done this and had good results?

Any help appreciated!

Its been glued... You can remove them and apply 3m molding tape to secure it properly.
