Somethin wrong?

My buddy has been complaining that his Planet Audio Amp is giving him some trouble. We opened it up and looked around and found that the board near 3 specific resistors is kinda brown like if they've been overheating. I tried to check for continuity and would get a bleep but not a constant (meaning continuity). I was looking for the schematic but can't find it. I'm thinking of getting the 3 resistors and replacing them. It looks strange cause there is one jumped across between them. In other words there is a resistor between to that are in parallel. Here's a pic. If the link tell you that there is no hotlinking permitted just click the last link on the page. The amp is a Planet Audio P1002.

Yeah I was thinking of that too. I noticed that brown spot. I measured the horizontal one and it has a resistance of 1.74 K§Ù I think I WILL send that picture to them. I was just afraid that they would say... "You need to send that to us to check it out."

I would think that it should go vertical like the others but other parts of the board have designated spot for other components and they are missing. Maybe it was a design flaw and they fixed them before sending. Or maybe it's a remanufactured. Oh well. I'll try sending it to them. (the pic)
