speaker size for 2000 LX, Cost to install?

Will my 5.25 " 150 watt component speakers with tweeters and crossovers fit in the front doors? What will it cost to install at a shop?

Installation costs vary from region to region. Around here, a component installation would usually run about $45 usd. I'm not sure if the speakers will fit, but you can check crutchfield.com to find out.

THanks guys. I installed the speakers originally in a Plymouth Acclaim, and had a problem finding a place to mount the crossovers. I just taped them to the inside of the doors. The wind up windows would sometime wreck havoc with the speaker wires. I think I will just get someone to install them.

How should the tweeters be mounted?, I noticed in pictures of a previous install they were placed near the mirrors by the plastic piece.

Thanx for the x-over pics in those posts, but My x-over is a plastic case, I don't know if I can drill through it.

What 2 channel amp rated at 50 watts nominal power per channel whould you reccomend?
