Question stock cass. player removal

im tryin to get my orginal stock cass player outta my '94, i got the face off and tried to get it out. but it is not coming out, what else do i need to do to get it out?

p.s. i have a pioneer head unit and two 10 inch kickers goin in.

first, take of the plastic trim. It jus pops right out of the dash.
after that get a phillips screwdriver and there are 4 screws. ( 2 on each side of the unit). Take the 4 screws out. Then Slide the unit out a few inches. DO NOT YANK IT OUT. you could mess up the wiring harness'. Behind the stock radio there are 2 wiring harness', a ground wire that is screwed into the back of the unit and a Antenna Cable. Take all the wires off. (keep that phillips screw driver handy to take the ground wire off the back of the unit). After u take them off your unit is out.

TIP!!! The ground cable will not have to be used again. DONT CUT the wire, jus move it out of the way or hide it somewhere. All aftermarket headnuts have a ground near the Antenna Jack, so the Antenna is like a ground, you wont have to use the cable that is already there from the OEM unit.
