Stock Head Unit Color Swapping

Is it possible to change out the stock HU orange lights with blue ones? What all would I have to do to accomplish this, and about how much would it cost me? Thanks for the input guys, I appreciate it!!

Probably alot of work. It's all one sealed unit when you pull it out, but it will all be controlled by LED's. Should be a direct swap once you manage to get them outta there. Just find a few spare hours one weekend and pull it apart. You won't break it if you're carefull. As for the color of the display, that's probably built right into it.

considering you would end up having to disassemble your head unit to get at the lights....I would certainly think it would be WAY more trouble than its worth.

So you've never heard of anyone doing this before that you could refer me to? Thanks for all the input so far.
