Sub box questions
Hello,
im currently planning my sub box location/construction and was wandering if any of you guys had a 4 subs system? and how you did it.
i already have a very good idea on how my setup will end up(not too many ways to fit 4 10" in the trunk) just wanted to see(if you got pics) some other 4 subs setup in protege (4 drs).
suggestions ?

Get the measurements, use a box caculator and see how much space you are going to need for the box first. With tens it might not be to bad depending on the subs measurements, but larger than that you will be using most of the car as a box!
I have a good friend who is working up a Astro Van right now to use either 4,5,or 6 15 inch subs, and the box is just about every square inch of the van that is not subs!

Here are a few pics of my box and my deck. I need to take alot more pics sometime to show everything. I am trying to wait until I get everything done before I make a page though.
These are my beats!
This is to show that I do not have much of a trunk left, but oh well.
This is my Kenwood in dash monitor.

JellyBean98, i love your radio
thanks for all the pics guys but i have a 4 doors and the only way i can think to fit my 4 ppi flat piston's 10" i to make a custom fiber box that molds the botomm of the trunk(i will loose the spare )
but in the spare tire well there is a big bump that sticks out for the spare to bolt on and it takes away a lot of space. should i just cut that part ?
more suggestions ?

Do not cut that hump-use it to bolt sub box down. Will be little challenging to find place to drill, but with some creativity you may do it-screw something sharp in and it will scrape box in the right spot.
