Subwoofer Placement in Sedan

a lot of people haven't heard of fusion they are a damn good brand, one that i've looked seriously into. i think more people would understand the color choice if they knew of fusion. but since you can't see the front of the cone, most people won't recognize them as fusion, anyways.

I just checked out your pics on imagestation and like what you did. Did you do anything in the engine compartment (cold air intake, etc.)? I see you have a NOS switch and an aftermarket exhaust---sweet! One question though, does the muffler take away from the sound system? I want to add some more ponies, but know some of these exhaust notes can leak in to the interior. I like the sound of a deep exhaust note, but some sound like angry bees on steroids! One guy in another forum mentioned it sounds like a "farting" noise I told him that I hope he doesn't take any women on a first date in that thing

I had a chick in the back of my car once and i was really good mates with her brother. I found out a couple of a weeks later that she had 2 orgasms while sitting in the back seat on one of our cruizes, I found out later that that could of been true, i sat in the back and it was pulsating through me body. WICKED So i guess if you do take a chick out on a first date you should shove her in the back LOL
That is fu--ing hilarious! maybe you should have some how mounted your 15's under the seats!!! Pioneer used to make a vibrating device to vibrate the seat every time the bass hit. Stick one of those bad boys under the passenger side next time you take a girl out!
I finally faced mine to the rear of the trunk and you can see the wing and even the sunroof vibrating to the bass. The license plate does the same. I just have to figure this Audio Control Overdrive problem I am having. It is causing my front speakers to crackle. If I turn the bass output on the xover going to the subs, it won't crackle, but then I lose the bass. The highs are crossovered at 80Hz so no damaging frequencies will hurt them. Talk to you later.

I actually didn't want the sunroof. It came with the car and was part of a package deal. The weather down here is like two seasons, Winter and Summer. And it's so hot and humid that I use my AC more than the sunroof. It is good to tilt up when leaving your car in a hot parking lot though. I have heard of the bass engines. Kenwood also has a small, small subwoofer (like a 5 1/4" one with a passive radiator) which fits under the seat. Mazda's have the AC vents coming under the seat to cool the rear passengers' feet, but you could always cut those to make room and say the hell with the rear passengers

I got the crackling out of my system and the whining noise, but now I notice that my head lights dim to the beat. I have 4 guage wires running to a distribution block and to a 1.5 Farad stiffening cap. The from the distribution block, I have 8 guage wires going to the amps (which are about 6 inches from the distribution block. I don't know why the lights are dimming. I never had a problem with that in my old car (and it didn't have power package, so the alternator was smaller). Any suggestions on what might be causing this? Thanks!

I didn't want the moon roof, they are heavy and I am afraid I will bust it one day.. I don't know..
Anyway, I am using those vents to keep my amps cool when I install them. Fresh A/C on hot amps = Awesome.

A lot of people use Optima batteries. I saw a video on those and a guy shot three holes in it with a handgun and it cranked up an 18 wheeler. Those are pretty amazing. In my 91 Eclipse, I didn't have that problem (headlights slightly dimming), but eventually the stock battery died and I got the biggest one that would fit. I didn't have a problem since. I guess I best start saving some money!
