Question water spots/stains

how do you get rid of them if they appear on your glass?

You can try a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar. Vinegar works great on hard water stains. You might also try a razor blade to remove the spot and then follow it with the water/vinegar mix. Keep the razor blade flat on the glass. Lastly, look for a glass polish.

Good luck,

Jim

it's not for glass... it's a metal wadding polish...

it will, however, take water spots off glass... even the tough ones...
just keep it clear of the rest of the car... (well, it's fine for the exhaust and under the hood... it works wonders on those a/c lines too!)

I have never tried it on glass, but toothpaste is a mild abrasive that works great for removal of some things (and it leaves behind that minty freshness!). I have also used Brasso (brass polish, similar to Nevrdull I think) on things like plastic watch faces to remove scratches, and it works well.

LOL, that's funny.

I haven't tried the 50/50 vinegar/water mix yet though.
I haven't had the time and I didn't have any vinegar either.
I'll try the vinegar or toothpaste thing sometime this week.
