It said 2 ohm bridged stable and 1 ohm stable stereo on their website.

On PG's website it says it's 75x2 @4ohm stereo and 300x1 @4ohm bridged. I'm not at my house right now so I don't have the spec sheet to see what it says.

-I have a question from a friend of mine, he has a 5 chanel amp, the sub chanel is 234w @4ohm, he wants to get a JL 12"w3 (250w), would this set up work? cuz he'd be underpowering the sub, does it matter?

Underpowering a sub will never hurt the sub, it just won't push it to its potential.

Underpowering a sub by a few watts, within 10% is not noticable. Most people wouldn,t even notice 25% but that all depends on the amp.
