The auction states that they "direct wire into the factory wiring of the vehicle" - making it sound like a simple plug & play kind of thing. But I don't know if that can possibly be true. The 3rd gen pros don't have any type of wiring for turn signals in the DOORS to my knowledge.
Expect that they will fit fine, but wiring will be a challenge. Just search for threads about re-wiring the door speakers, and you'll see why running any wiring in or out of the doors is not a simple task. Not impossible, but not very easy.

power version
I was wondering if anyone has the power version of these mirrors? My 00 LX came with power mirrors, and I would like to keep them power (not that I use them that much, but I can't see the point in removing luxaries that the factory put there and that I paid extra for), but I was wondering if they plug right up like the description says. They say it plugs directly into the harness for the stock power mirrors. I know I'll have to tie into the turn signal wires up front and run them...which brings up another question: I know that flashers in vehicles rely on certain ohms of resistance to operate properly (this is why your turn signal blinks fast if you have a bulb burned out...cuz the resistance goes down). Is wiring these bad dogs up going to make my signal blink all slow? or is it going to matter since they're LED and probably have a resistance of like .000001 ohms. Any feedback would help. Here's a link for the power ones for reference:Power Mirrors
