Question wings west rear wrap + racing beat

I just ordered my racing beat cat-back exhaust but i also have a wings west rear wrap that i havn't put on my car yet. My question is....Should i install the exhaust first before I put on the rear-skirt to make sure there are no clearence issues or can i get my rear skirt put on now and install my racing beat later. Thanks in advance for the input.

id put the rear skirt on first, then put the exhaust on. you might have to modify the way you mount the exhaust, if the rear skirt is in the way. the exhaust may have to be moved down an inch or 2, so id put the skirt on then you can mess with where you put the exhaust.
