I highly doubt it will be going into production, although it would be cool to hear that constant winding noise
www.wingswest.com is the only way to find out

There seems to be a bit of a space issue in the engine bay of the Pros, at least with my 1.8L with A/C too. Are there any pics of the WW/Vortec setup? I didn't see any on the WW site, I'd like to know where they put it.

I vaguely remember it being a centrifigal S/c mounted where the stock airbox is now. It had the shaft running transversley in front of the valve cover, above the manifold over to the pulley's some how. I never heard anything else about it, and those also could be rumors. This was from a different board and the photo was pretty blury
sorry i don't have any pics

Well, I did take a look on E-bay for a G60 supercharger from a VW Corrado, and found 2 . It got me to thinkin...the G60 is a very compact unit from what I could remember about the size of a GM alternator. It could possibly be mounted on the back side of the engine if there is enough room (by the steering rack, under the intake manifold).
I don't know what kind of charger it is, positive displ. or centri.? but they run 6psi stock with the 78mm pulley and can run up to 15psi with tuning on the regular 2.0L V-dub engine .
A system would require alot of tubing if you factor in an intercooler too, but if I think hard enough, I'll either figure something out or blow another brain (Oh no, not again!LOL!)

Forgot to add what I was origionally gonna post...
With a turbo or supercharger system, could you mount the MAF sensor before the charger or do you have to get a bar-MAF and mount it between the charger and the intake?
My T-bird turbocoupe had it mounted right after the air filter, but it was a vane-meter style, not sure if the same rules apply.
