I am not saying that my 120horse LX is that fast, but you need the Turbo more than I do................get what I am trying to say
yeh but if we both turbo'd our car the same way, u would obviously still have higher power comin out of ur engine compared to mine because urs started out a lil higher. thats what i meant......... but yeh i get what ur saying. but that 1.6 3rd gen turbo'd is pretty impressive!

thats not all true though. The lx i think weighs a bit more and its compression is higher so the dx should be able to run at highes boost, correct?

turbo manifolds

By the way guys, the turbo manifold is done. Our first one is a one off for a customer and has a external wastegate setup going on soon. The T3 manifold is jigged up and ready for production next week. I have some pics of the T3/T4 manifold with a hybrid turbo on it and a T3 on it. I'll try to get them up tomorrow after work. [/QUOTE

whut about the intake manifold on a SOHC would that have to be changed with the kit you are going to develop. also whut all is going to come with the kits you are going to sell. great job on all the progress though... pics look sweet. Big thumbs up bro.

The DOHC and SOHC have the same block. The heads differ. The intake manifold will not be touched in this case. The exhaust manifold is exchanged with our new unit. The two differ in bolt pattern so they will not mate up to either car. I will need a DX here to fit up the flange, the header will be the same but the flange different.

I should be going up this week to finish the whole system.

I went to your websit and saw that you are selling the DOHC motor with the turbo on it for like $1200. That seems like a very cheap price! Does that come with everything on the motor ready to go?

Well i just bought my 93 LX and I am very interested in buying turbo for my car. I saw that you were talking about developing the kits for these cars.... are they ready for you to sell yet? If so, how much do they cost? How many pounds of boost do they produce, and how much approximate hp does it increase? Let me in on the details!
