Our dyno runs were done with a totally stock exhaust, including the pre-cat. A better exhaust should be on the car shortly. First, we need to install a different fuel pump. Unfortunately the filter is in the tank so we're still looking at the best place to install an auxiliary pump.
The Mazdaspeed car uses different suspension tuning. I suspect the change in ride height is a big part of the problem. That's why we were concerned about the torque steer, and why we're putting adjustable coilovers and camber/caster plates on our P5 shortly so we can experiment with different settings. By playing with the alignment and ride height on our own car, we'll be able to learn what works best.

I assume this is on 92 gas right, even with only 6lbs? At some point can you give average mileage? I want to get more power, but my turbo'd prelude gave me a loss of 9mgp and I don't want to loose quite that much

Those numbers are with 91 octane gas, the best Colorado has to offer. Check engine lights haven't been a problem as yet, but we are doing a lot of work with the ECU to ensure proper fuelling.
Mileage should be unchanged when you're off boost. When you're on the boost, you're obviously not interested in economy! I don't have any typical fuel consumption figures, as the car is not leading a typical life.

Apparantly the information on our web page is too hard to find, as we get this question all the time. I'll fix that today.
The kit will come with the cast tubo manifold, T3 turbo, oil fitting for the oil pan, front mount intercooler, a recirculating blow-off valve, all the intercooler piping, silicone hose connectors, auxiliary fuel pressure regulator, boost gauge and all the bits and pieces you need to actually install this critter. That's the provisionary spec at the moment - there may be some changes depending on what we end up doing for final fuel management.
Basically, the kit will come with everything we have on our car except the exhaust.

Well, its not that its hard to find, and after you pointed it out, it was obvious, seems to be something in the way its presented, not sure why, but it doesn't seem like specs for the kit, maybe it seems like overall info, not a conclusive list (even if its speculative at this point).
So with the MP5 ecu, we don't need a map check or anything? Just use the FMU and we're set?

Kinda off topic but then again not.
If i were to get this kit (when your done) what kinda psi could i run safely with an auto. I heard the auto in the 99 ES is kinda weak. Would i have to rebuild it with strong gears or is there another (stronger) auto tranny that i could get??

Intercooler, turbo, BOV, etc. It's pretty safe to say that we will not be going to additional injectors, as you have to have an injector for each intake runner to do that correctly. Testing by Chevrolet found a 10% variance in fuel delivery to each cylinder with a throttle body mounted injector. We will likely be keeping the AFPR (aka FMU) combined with some electronics to prevent the stock ECU from leaning out the mixture when running closed loop. What those electronics will be, I couldn't tell you exactly. We may have developed a 90% solution which will be available soon (yes, 1stMP3, we'll let you know) and should get everyone going until we get to our ideal setup.
99proES, I can't help with the tranny limitations. The kit itself is designed to run up to 8 psi.
