What kind of car do you have, and if it's a 3, which engine does it have in it? Does it have an Auto or manual transmission? How much money do you have to spend?

The tranny is the biggest obstacle, because it's just not built to withstand any more power than your stock engine puts out. I dunno if it'd be worth the money to put a turbo kit on your car and only get to boost like 3psi, but it's your car and choice. I'm not bluffing about the transmission, though. Don't blow that sucker up!

Check out F2:

Good luck!
