yeeeeza! I have to change my pants because I just pissed myself. It took a good 2 or 3 minutes of examining to realize that's actually a 1.6 stuffed under there. I want it! I want it all!

You guys want to know how much time and money? Really if you have to ask you can't afford it, he he! But for real I got more money invested in the cat than the car cost brand new off the lot. Nice list of mods.
What kind of hp you run how about 1/4 mile time?

I was browsing through some of the pics and the dyno graph has your hp only at like 158. It has to push more than that.

Yeh, that dyno sheet is old. I believe he's getting a whole lot more now.

I think I saw him post 200hp.

200hp and a crazy fast spooling T-25 would be incredible. I bet it feels as close to NA as highly aftermarket tuned turbo'd cars get...

David, just curious, but if you knew you were going to sink this much time and money into the car, why not start with the larger engine?
Because that would cost more money unless someone wants to donate a 1.8 or 2.0 to me. Plus the 1.6L was all I had so why not and it has very low miles. Plus my 1.6T Pro is very rare and unique I think. And from what I've seen via eBay and the local junkyard 1.6 motors and tranny are cheap and a dime a dozen. How much more horses can you get out of 1.8 any-who? Everything has to be custom whether it's an 2.0 or 1.6. Also note I also own a 250 whp WRX and a close to 400hp Dodge Ram with a Hemi. Of which the Protege is the fastest by far and the handling the other are not even in the same legue. But the WRX is my daily driver soo there are comfort and gas milage issues.

I'm replacing all the motor mounts soon and then it will be off to the dyno, whp are definitely around 200.

Oh by the way the car is just less than 2000lbs in weight I few more things to rip out and I’ll have it close to 1900lbs.

Holy **** man, you figure an E39 M5 has around 12lb/bhp (and you have less than 10lb/bhp) and it can easily run high 12's...I repeat HOLY ****!!

Any automatic 911 Turbo owners in your area? If so you better run them for pink slips...I know drag racing wasn't your goal, but win a 911 Turbo and sell it and you should have over a $100K to put into any car you want!!
