Sorry bro we are not making kits. I pretty much pieced it all togther myself and had Andrew at http://www.wagnermotorsports.net/ fabricate the manifold and do some of the piping and pluming. Contact Andrew and maybe he can with my old OEM manifold do somethign for you if you have the Gen3 1.6L Protege. Total cost as of today is right at $2000. That is a used Jspec 2nd Gen Eclipse Garret T25 tubro and intercooled, with TurboXS boost-controller and BOV, Autometer Boost gauge and EGT guage, Vortec FMU 12:1 (waiting to arrive), Custom fabed stainless steel manifold/header IC piping and oil lines, and silcone fittings and DEI insulation stuff. I cut up and reused my Injen CAI for the intake pipe, filter, and MAF sensor holder.

update

Got the car into Extreme Friday for some tuning they installed a fuel pressure regulator and bumped up the fuel pressure to 40 psi the car ran great until WOT and then damn fuel cut. We ordered a Vortec 12:1 FMU should be in this week and by next week we'll have it installed and do some more Dyno pulls. FYI with an additional 15 Hp tuned into car with Fuel pressure bumped up at WOT was only making 47 HP ugh! Before turbo was making around 80 hp. I'll keep you guys posted.

Power and Tires

Power I have no idea yet but more torque is what I'm mainly looking for so I can get up to speed out of corners. I'm hoping for an 40% increase. Waiting on a Vortec FMU.

I'm looking at a ACT stage 1 clutch and LSD soon.

As for the tires I'm running I have a set of Toyo Proxes TS-1. I use them as daily drivers and racing I'm very impressed but one thing to note not as sticky as r-compounds and by the end of summer will be gone.

Do you really think that the intercooler is going to get enough airflow in the location you put it?
i seen vr6 jetta runs low 11 sec on similar setup with intercooler it will be good idea to put a electic fan on it for sleper look

Already in the works got the puller fan yesterday and the switch I will install this weekend along with my adjustable camber/caster plates for the front sturts like Foo has on his P5.

HOLLY CHECK VALVES BATMAN!!!!

Well folks for $1 I solved my freaking fuel cut problems. I placed two of the check valves mentioned here and MP3.com in the vacuum line running from the intake manifold to the MAP sensor and fuel cut problems disappeared. I'm boosting 3psi right now all the way to red line with no problems but too much HP! It get into boost around 2200rpms and I'm at 3psi by 2800rpms all the way to redline with a huge noticeable increase in power all the way to 5500rpms and the air/fuel gauges reads rich the whole way. I'm going to play around with boost levels for the next couple days then get on a dyno for some tuning. I'm also running a universal fuel pressure regulator with the fuel pressure bumped up to 40 psi form 20psi.

I cranked up the boost to 6psi tonight and rode around for several hours street highway etc. everything worked great pulls like hell I think I still need a little more fuel though still runs ever so lean at WOT but no fuel cut problems like before need to get it on the dyno plus it like 100 degrees out with 110% humidity had to really keep an eye on the EGT gauge.

humidity will bring egt's down.humiduty works as a wather injection and also car runs on the rich side because there is less oxygen in the air.i do see on my car wen is humid out side it wont pass 800*C buton dry days it goes to like 840*C. hot and not humid will afect egt's.

no dyno yet guys still waiting on FMU once installed and everyhting is running fine I'll spend the money on the dyno. For information on the stuff (manifold, down pipe, IC pipes etc.) I had fabricated contact Adrew Wagner via www.wagnermotorsports.net
