Auto Shipping

Ive been researching a lot, but i wanted to see if anyone had any opinions or suggestions. I need to ship my car from Seattle Washington to New York/New Jersey area. Does anyone know of a good auto shipping comapny. Ive been looking a lot at shipping by rail, its cheaper and its all enclosed (so safer for the car). Thanks for the help.

Matty, thanks for the reference. As it turns out, he only does overseas shipping, so i could get it to china, but not NJ. Thanks for the word though.
Anyone else have any suggestions? It seems like a lot of the rail companies only ship from the east coast to the west coast, not the other way...that doesnt make much sense. Anyway, thanks for everyones help.

yeah, i planned on doing a road trip, but i just dont have the time. I looked into it more, and i think that a lot of companies only go east coast to west coast because they are bringing a lot of imports from Japan and such into ports like seattle, then distributing them east, then filling the empty cars with personal auto transports goinf back west so they make money going both ways. Oh well...i will probably just end up paying the 1000 or so dollars that most comapnies charge.
