Today one of Mazda's regional Canadian Managers came to our dealership with concept photos of the 2004 Mazda Protege. (They are probably changing the name to the 3)
He said that the pictures he had were the first actual photos that Mazda has released and they have not been made public yet anywhere.
If the 3 looks like it did in that picture there will be alot of jealous Protege owners out there.
They've completley changed both the front and back end. It almost looks like an Acura RSX
Pictures of the Japanese models of the 3 and the 5 have already been released.
However, the North American versions are different.

I'm going to have to back kuba here guys......the mazda3 is not the official name of the protege just yet......having spoken to the general manager of mazda canada and mazda usa i have found out there not too sure of what yet the car is going to be called....for example.....the mazda 6 .....the car is called an atenza in europe and japan while themazda 6 is well called the mazda 6 here........its like saying the mazda protege is called the mazda 323 in europe.....so to be honest the mazda protege for 2004 has not been decided yet and will and might be called the protege....thats if quebecgets there way here in canada...but being called a mazda 3 ....maybe...but not likely yet...until mazda releases photos of there debute of the car yo can't say jack **** about anything here at all......so lay off kuba and get to something more practical....like reading a book....well i'm off back to selling cars......mazda cars that is.....

correction buddy...the mazda 6 is and i repeat is called the atenza in europe....they have had the car for over6 mths now and the sales are awsome....
